Who processes your data?

Why do we process the data we request from you?
We process your data in order to provide you with NEETY’s services, send you information about our services, handle and respond to your requests and inquiries, perform a contract to which you are a party, and send you commercial communications when you have given your consent. + info
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis will be Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR when the data are necessary to carry out, at the User’s request, pre-contractual measures and to perform a contract to which the User is a party. Likewise, the legal basis will be Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR when the User has given consent to the processing. Finally, when NEETY processes your data as a data processor, the legal basis will be the one held by the data controller to process the personal data. + info
What Google account data do we access?
When you connect your Google account to Neety, we request the following permissions (OAuth scopes), each with a specific and limited purpose:
- Auserinfo.email — Your Google email address, used to authenticate your account.
- userinfo.profile — Your basic profile information (name), used for account identification.
- gmail.send — Permission to send emails on your behalf, exclusively to deliver outreach sequences you have reviewed and approved within the platform.
- gmail.readonly — Read-only access to your inbox, used solely to detect replies to sequences sent via Neety.
How do we use and protect this data?
Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Authentication data (email and profile) is used only to identify the connected account and is never shared with third parties.
- We never send emails without your explicit authorization.
- We do not read, store, or process any email content unrelated to sequences sent through Neety.
- OAuth tokens (including refresh tokens) are securely managed by our infrastructure and encrypted at rest and in transit. Access tokens expire automatically and are refreshed as needed.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account Permissions page, which will immediately invalidate all tokens.
Will your data be disclosed or transferred?
No, your data will not be disclosed to third-party companies. + info
